Kia Sales Figures For The Month Of September 2014

Kia of USA today announced September sales of 40,628 units, up nearly 7 percent compared to the same month a year ago!

In September, there were 10,908 deliveries of the Optima mid-size sedan, which retained the top-selling spot from a month ago.

Taking second spot last month was the funky Soul crossover with 10,802 units sold.

Sorento SUV sales of 6,606 units remained strong, ahead of the introduction of the fully redesigned 2016 model.

Sportage crossover vehicle had 3,781units delivered, while the Forte compact car sales totaled 4,517 units.

Kia Cadenza performed pretty well last month, selling 1,105 units.

The K900 luxury sedan had a very slow month with only 56 units sold in September.

With the best-ever 3rd quarter performance and year-to-date sales up 6.9 percent, Kia is racing toward another banner year in the USA!

The carmaker’s aggressive new vehicle cadence continues with two completely new products beginning to arrive in dealerships.

The two models are the all-new Soul electric vehicle and a fully-redesigned 2015 Sedona!
